Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week), No nights or weekends!
Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Property Leasing Manager to oversee operations at an apartment complex in Bowling Green, KY!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relations, including maintenance requests, complaints, and retention.
  • Handle leasing activities: respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective tenants, and lead tours.
  • Market vacant units using social media (e.g., Facebook business page).
  • Oversee maintenance operations: schedule and monitor maintenance tasks, unit cleaning, make-ready processes, inspections, and tenant follow-ups.
  • Manage financial tasks: record tenant payments, process deposits, submit invoices, and maintain accurate tenant records.
  • Complete additional office duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Candidate Profile - Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes, sales, and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Pay Range: Determined on experience/ Competitive wages
