Vacation/Paid Time Off
Care Professionals earn Vacation Pay beginning after a successful 90-days and vacation time increases with tenure.

Home Instead offers a group health insurance plan through Humana, and a matching 401k program for Care Professionals who qualify, based on tenure and hours worked.

Paid Training
Our company provides best-in-class paid recurring training beginning with our initial orientation and training process. We also offer in-home training where our Care Pro Trainer goes into the client home with our Care Professionals as needed, to ensure our they are confident in the services they are providing.

Advancement Opportunities

Key Players include those in our Human Resources Department, Schedulers, Client Care Department, On Call Supervisors, and Caregiver Ambassadors. Support
On-Call Supervisors are available to our Care Professionals after hours and including holidays. Our On-Call Supervisors help support Care Pros in their role. We value teamwork and want to ensure our valued Care Pros have the support they need to do their jobs for others.
